Spanish Numbers and Math Listening Activity - Soccer Theme - This Spanish numbers listening activity will hold the attention of your students as they make their way around the oval writing the Spanish numbers that you dictate! After all numbers are dictated, students quickly do the math to find the correct final answer based on the numbers that they heard and wrote. They will be anxious to raise their hands and share their results! You choose the numbers for the activity so it can be used for very basic numbers or large numbers, depending on your focus.
Spanish Irregular Yo Verb Pair Work Las Escaleras Activity - Partners quiz each other to see who can get all vocabulary correct and climb "las escaleras", or the stairs. Once student has the answer key and the other has the infinitives with subject pronouns. After one makes it to the top of the stairs, students switch parts. The activity contains 35 irregular verb conjugations of the verbs venir, tener, oir, traer, caer, conocer, saber, poner, hacer, salir, conducir, and decir. Also included is an instruction page with suggestions for the activity. This is a good activity to use when irregular verbs are introduced and also as a review for back to school and throughout the year for upper levels.
This activity contains 29 preterit irregular and preterit irregular yo form conjugations. Students are instructed to: 1. Find the words in the word search.
2. Write Spanish infinitives under each picture.
3. Write the English translation next to each conjugation.

Sample words are: comprender, aprender, vivir, comer, beber, abrir, poner, sufrir, permitir, and decidir. Just photocopy enough for a class set (1 for every 2 students if working in pairs, or 1 per student if working alone), cut and fasten with a paper clip. Distribute to students and challenge them to reassemble the puzzles as quickly as possible. There is a list of all words alongside the puzzle in Spanish and English. This can be used as a verbs bookmark and reference.
Spanish Verbs Hablar and Practicar with Adverbs of Frequency and Image IDs - Students must: 1. Filll in the blank with the correct conjugation of the either hablar or practicer 2. Translate the 8 sentences to English 3. Write a Spanish word under the 8 clip art images The sentences contain adverbs of frequency words, seasons, and sports words that are either cognates or in a word bank. This activity works well for students new to verb conjugations and is good for back to school review for upper levels of Spanish. Both verbs are fully conjugated for student reference. The answer key is included.
Spanish Family Scrambled Words and Image IDs - Students must: 1. Unscramble 20 common Spanish family words. 2. Write a Spanish family word under 15 clip art images. There is also space on each line if you would also like to have student supply the English meaning for each unscrambled word. The answer key is included.
This imperfect worksheet includes 12 different common regular verbs and the 3 irregular verbs in the imperfect. Students provide the English meaning and 4 different conjugations for each. Sample verbs are tener, patinar, repetir, and coser. The answer key is included.

Students will enjoy sharing their creations with their classmates! This is a fun activity for Earth Day or whenever the environment is studied. Valentine's Day Bookmarks - With and Without Vocabulary Words - The images included on the bookmarks are chocolate, flowers, love, hugs, and cards. Each page contains 5 of the same bookmark. French Valentine's Day 2 Emergent Reader Booklets - French Valentine's Day 2 Emergent Reader Booklets - Students first cut, assemble and read the booklet containing text and illustrations. The words included are candy, hearts, love, Cupid, flowers, kisses, chocolates and roses. They then create their own version using the text only template. Students will get in the holiday spirit sketching the Valentine's Day booklets and will enjoy sharing their creations with their classmates and family members!
